Exhibits include: A look inside an early 20th century police station, Exhibit on 9/11 including Exclusive on-camera interviews, striking photographs, and numerous Ground Zero artifacts And all kinds of history of the NYPD dating back to the mid 1800’s.
This would be a great place to take the kids. It would teach the about the history of the NYPD as well as help them to have respect for those serving our city today.
For the adults it is a great day out. As you see an officer in the streets today, you only think of the present. Not too many New Yorkers know what that blue uniform truly represents and the history behind it.
